May 1st to May 31st £350 per week/£55 per night.
June 1st to July 15th £400 per week/£60 per night.
July 16th to August 26th £575 per week/ £85 per night.
August 27th to September 30th £350 per week/ £55 per night.

Per night price applies to stay of less than a week (minimum 5 nights).
Arrive from 16.00 hrs, depart 10.00 hrs.

Note:

There are no extras - water, gas, electricity and tax are included. We ask you for a breakages/excessive cleaning deposit that we return to you intact within a week from the end of your stay provided you had no major breakages and left the cottage reasonably clean and tidy. Arrival time: after 4PM, departure: before 10AM.

You can pay in pounds by transferring to our UK account, or using your credit card on Paypal in euros. You can pay in euros by transferring to our French bank or sending us a French cheque.

Payment Terms:
£50 deposit when booking.
Remainder plus refundable breakages/excessive cleaning deposit payable 4 weeks before holiday.
COVID: we will refund all money received by us* if French or UK regulations prevent you from travelling. Prevent means you are forbidden by the states to travel here or back, it does not mean testing regimes or quarantine rules that are changed or not changed, that make your trip more expensive or difficult than you had planned, or if you contract covid and can't travel. We advise you to arrange travel insurance that covers cancellation.
*in the case of Paypal payments, this will be less than you have paid!
