When you fill in our enquiry form the information that you give us is sent to us as an e-mail message. In the same way as if you send an enquiry for accommodation to us by e-mail it is stored with our other e-mail messages on our computer to which only we have access, and deleted from the mail server. We use appropriate continuously updated programs to prevent our computer from being "hacked" and we will not share the information that you have sent us with anyone else. We may send you a message very occasionally to alert you to our special offers or to news that may interest you if you are travelling to France.

If you make a reservation for accommodation with us the information that you give us and the record of your payments and our refunds relating to your reservation is stored on our computer. We do not share this information with anyone, although in certain extreme circumstances (if a guest was hospitalised and unable to give their name and address for example) we might be required to do so.
